Empowered by our faith in God, we’re putting Christ’s love in action.
Women Connecting Through Mission
Serving the needs of our church, our community and the world, United Women in Faith (UWF) brings together women of all ages who are called to make a difference. Our Church of the Saviour UWF members are part of a nationwide organization that’s nearly half a million members strong.
Join us as we help bring God’s love to the world by:
Replenishing food pantries through Project 5000
Brightening Christmas for families in need with Gifts from the Heart
Raising funds through our Silent Auction to support community initiatives
Collecting in-kind donations for Children’s Closet and other local missions\
Creating connections and a space for fellowship and friendship at the Christmas Dinner, Spring Luncheon and throughout the year
Supporting local and global organizations, including: Bethany House Women’s Shelter, Wesley Chapel Mission Center, NEEDS (Northeast Emergency Distribution Services), New Life Furniture, Matthew 25: Ministries, Jack’s Closet, UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) global missions
As part of a UWF small group, you can make a big difference as you support local missions and communities–and expand your own community of fellowship and support. Small groups typically meet once or twice a month to volunteer, prepare donated items, and learn about other organizations.
